Sometimes in your life stuff just happens. These things can make you feel really bad, anxious, sad, embarrassed or even ashamed.

Sometimes it may be your fault, and sometimes it is just an accident or a part of life.

The thing to remember is that bad stuff will happen to all of us at some stage of our life, and we need to accept this and find ways to deal with it.

Keeping our feelings and emotions bottled up can sometimes make the problem worse by creating excess stress which when stored is detrimental to our bodies.

Getting stuff off your chest and clearing these issues, will help you to move forward and will clear the emotional blocks.

If you can, the ideal solution is to find a good friend that you can talk to and ask for their support and advise. The problem will feel a lot easier to handle if you have shared it with someone in a safe space.

Even if you have been brought up being told that you should keep your problems to yourself, we all need the support and advice from others at some time.

We must never feel scared or ashamed to reach out or ask for help.

If you don’t have a friend that you feel you can talk to, then I encourage you to speak to a counsellor who can help you.
